Since 1999, eBECS has been providing customers across manufacturing, distribution and the extended supply chain with expertise on how they can utilise Lean and Agile solutions to reduce waste, increase response times and maximise value to their customers.

Utilising Microsoft Software technology, eBECS continues to build practical and effective solutions to support our customer’s needs. In 2002 eBECS partnered with Microsoft to re-sell the Microsoft Dynamics AX (previously Axapta) business solution. The result is an impressive and growing list of customer successes, each of which highlights the benefits that eBECS can bring through the application of business technology. eBECS work with our customers in a true spirit of partnership, eBECS is proud that every one of our customers is referenceable.

In 2003 eBECS developed the Lean Enterprise for Microsoft Dynamics AX, which won the Microsoft Overall Excellence award. The Lean Enterprise solution was subsequently purchased by Microsoft in 2007 to form part of the standard Dynamics AX solution. eBECS continue to enhance the solution under our appointment as the Microsoft Dynamics Lean Centre of Excellence. In 2009 eBECS will be launching Lean Enterprise for Microsoft Dynamics NAV, continuing our expansion of Lean thinking across the Microsoft solution set.

In 2006 we developed eDCCM providing a multi channel sales capability into Microsoft Dynamics AX, including web ordering, call centre management, fast order entry and automated distribution. This solution won awards from Microsoft and the British Computer society.
